We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your account.

Permanent Action

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

What Will Be Deleted?

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Personal Profile: Name, email, and avatar.
  • Habit Data: All tracking history, streaks, and logs.
  • Cloud Backups: Any data synced to our servers (Google Drive backups remain in your control).
  • Settings: All app preferences and notifications.

Before You Delete

1. Cancel Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel via the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges.

2. Export Data

We recommend exporting your habit data from the app settings if you wish to keep a personal record of your progress.

How to Request Deletion

Method 1: In-App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Habigrow app.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap on Delete Account at the bottom.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your data will be wiped immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by email. We will process your request within 7 days.

*Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

Data Retention

Once processed, your personal data is permanently deleted. We may retain anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
