1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Habigrow ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Habigrow application and website.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Habigrow offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Since payments are processed by third-party app stores (Apple and Google), we do not have direct control over refunds. However, we strive to be fair:

• Apple App Store: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. You must request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history.
• Google Play Store: If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, you may be able to request a refund directly through Google Play.
• Our Policy: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the app, please contact us at support@habigrow.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, typically only approving them if the app is non-functional for you.

4. User Accounts & Data

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

• Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account at any time via the app settings or by emailing us. See our Delete Account page for details.
• Data Backup: We provide optional Google Drive backup. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Habigrow and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Habigrow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
