Getting Started

How do I create my first habit?

  1. Open the Habigrow app and tap the '+' button
  2. Choose a habit template or create a custom habit
  3. Set your desired frequency (daily, weekly, etc.)
  4. Add reminders to stay on track
  5. Start tracking your progress!

Can I sync my data across devices?

Yes! Enable cloud backup in your settings to sync your habits across all your devices using Google Drive or iCloud.

Account & Settings

How do I change my email address?

Go to Settings → Account → Email and enter your new email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm the change.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. For more information, visit our Account Deletion page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

  2. Restart your device
  3. Clear the app cache (Settings → Storage)

Notifications not working

Ensure notifications are enabled:

  • Check device notification settings
  • Verify app notification permissions
  • Disable battery optimization for Habigrow
  • Check "Do Not Disturb" mode
