Getting Started
How do I create my first habit?
- Open the Habigrow app and tap the '+' button
- Choose a habit template or create a custom habit
- Set your desired frequency (daily, weekly, etc.)
- Add reminders to stay on track
- Start tracking your progress!
Can I sync my data across devices?
Yes! Enable cloud backup in your settings to sync your habits across all your devices using Google Drive or iCloud.
Account & Settings
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings → Account → Email and enter your new email address. You'll receive a verification email to confirm the change.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. For more information, visit our Account Deletion page.
Troubleshooting
App crashes or freezes
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Restart your device
- Clear the app cache (Settings → Storage)
- If the issue persists, contact support with details
Notifications not working
Ensure notifications are enabled:
- Check device notification settings
- Verify app notification permissions
- Disable battery optimization for Habigrow
- Check "Do Not Disturb" mode
